Huge Improvements

After a major effort to improve stability, security and support, Prime Hosting is pleased to report that we have been getting positive feedback from many of our customers.

The new Prime Hosting website has proved to be popular and you can expect some further developments very soon. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank and welcome all of the UH Hosting customers who migrated to Prime Hosting over recent months.

New developments in our 24/7 support has resulted in shorter ticket responses and hopefully our customers have noticed this. These developments include additions to our support staff and we’ve also implemented a new support system that enables us to respond quicker and fix technical issues.
