BluGuy migration to Prime Hosting
BluGuy services have been moved to the brand Prime Hosting. Prime Hosting is also owned by UH Hosting Ltd and UH Hosting itself will soon (February 2009) be migrated to Prime Hosting.
Hosting services will remain online with no disruption. The change involves a new billing system for BluGuy clients. All existing client information has been migrated over to the existing Prime Hosting database.
To access the new billing system, please visit https://secure.primehosting.co.uk/clients and login with the same credentials as previously.
How To Get Support
Support will be handled via support@primehosting.co.uk, simply e-mail the address and your query will be entered into the ticket system, we aim to respond to all queries within two hours (during working hours). Phone support will be available in February.
